Deer brown Sellae Italia saddle with copper rivets at rear (like brooks) which model?

I had a saddle as described in title, which - unfortunately - I gave away.
Would really like to find model again. Can anybody help?

Sounds more like a San Marco Regal, than an Italia:

Lighter brown than the above, leather shiny, and for sure was a S.I. saddle. I remember it was NOS (new old stock) in a S. I. box and also had its lable.
Agree me being a fool in giving it away.
My though is, it may have been an older model (that's why in this forum)
Thanks for your suggestion though!

Could also be one of those Chinese made Regal knock-offs too.

Thanks "old fat guy" - what a knowledge, 4000 posts! Since I assume they are all answers (not questions) it might rival Sheldon's contribution.

If somebody knew a source, I would appreciate it
