Need help identifying Bianchi

My mom has a Bianchi bike that she is trying to identify. It is silver with Bianchi written in orangeish text. There is a number below the crankshaft (i'm not sure of the terminology, but where the pedals connect at the bottom of the frame) 36602540. There is a sticker above this that says "Made in Taiwan" and below that on the same sticker it says "ROC". It also has 2 stickers on the part of the frame the seat attaches to that say Piaggio. Has Silisar pedals and under the seat the metal post that actually has the seat attached to it that slides into the frame has "Minimum 26.6" engraved in it. It has an Altus/Shimano derailleur and Altus shifters. Hopefully this will be helpful. I wasn't able to find a similar description on this site or on the web.

Hello welcome to the forums. unfortunatly your information is a bit vauge. can you post some pics the bike from the side where the chain is? a close up of the cranks, derailleurs, shifters and brakes may be helpful.

is this a 10spd type bike? the markings on the seatpost 'Minimum 26.6' simply means the post 26.6" in diameter and you need to insert atleast that much.
