Help identifying Ciocc
Hello, can someone help me identify this Ciocc? The geometry looks different than what I am used to, as it appears to have a very long top tube, with the head tube much more vertical than the seat tube. What would a frame with this type of geometry ride like? Also, any idea on which model frame this is and what tubing?

In searching a little bit more, it kind of looks like this frame from the catalog that I found - Tri-sport frame with Columbus Aelle.
Is the long top tube for triathletes to keep aero? Their low end tubing frame (relative of course) was 475$ 20+ years ago!
the pictures were taken with a very bad camera and the frame is bent. Cheap lenses tend to produce this distortion if they are used close in. If there is zoom on the camera, the best technique is to stand further back and zoom in. But I think in this case the frame is bent.
There is no reason to have a bike with an incredibly steep head angle, it doesn't help anything.
My first thought was that the angles looked odd. What leads you to believe it is bent? I was wondering whether that was a bulge at the top of the down tube, right behind the head tube.
I just downloaded the second picture and blew it way up. It does appear that there are dents on the bottom right at the end of the tt/ht lug and the dt/ht lug. Really hard to tell with pictures of this quality though.
Starting to question my diagnosis of a bent frame. Check out these two pictures of the same frame, sorry for the blur
I changed my second picture for a better one. The second picture was taken from pretty much dead-on, it's just from 5' away. First picture was taken from over 10 feet away with zoom. You can see the second picture makes the frame look bent.

Unterhausen - thanks for the pics. That is very interesting about the effect of the camera. I went to see the frame tonight. Geometry did not look so strange in person - looks like it was the effect of the camera as in your second picture. However, the frame was bent, there was a bulge behind the headtube and what looked like stress fractures. Too bad.
