It seems like I've had this bike forever. My grandfather gave it to years ago after he found it abandon in a mini-storage joint that he owned. For the life of me, i can't find anything about this bike.
Its a pretty interesting bike, i especially like the engraving on the fenders (sorry about the ****ty photos)
I will try to post the serial number and better detailed photos later when it is a little sunnier out
anyone have any ideas on the who, what, where, and when on this bike?

I think this might be the Family Truckster of bicycles, but I'm drawing a blank on the why?
Pretty cool though, I really would love to have a set of those RWL Dunlops.

That looks like a Japanese market bike. It appears very similar to other bikes I've seen that were only sold in Japan. Here is a link to a 1977 Sekine GTO.

I think cb400bill is right. If you could read Japanese, you could probably find more info on it.
Also, a regular poster on other sections of bikeforums is Sancycles. He is in the Philippines, and he deals in a lot of Japanese market bikes. He shows us pictures of very interestingly equipped bikes. They are very utilitarian in that part of the world.
