Looks early -90s maybe? 56cm frame? Might be a wee bit small for me.

The item description could be better. Hopefully that will deter buyers!

Thought it could make a fun commuter thing, or a winter beater. I have a set of 7 speed RSX sti shifters that could bolt straight on (I like sti shifters....)

Interesting link. On page 23 is a Bretagne Mixte with 28" rims; one was sold for less than $200 on CL out of Cheyenne WY a couple of weeks ago, everything minty condition complete with all accessories shown!
