Campy NR Quill Pedal Dust Covers?
Are they a hard item to find? Doing a brief Google search comes up with nothing. I'm looking at getting a pedal set for only $30 but one of the dust covers is missing and I'll need to have that. If it's gonna be a total PIA to find then I'll just keep looking for a complete pedal set.

They are really hard to find these days. Dealers are asking top dollar for NOS sets on ebay. For a rider you can use MKS. They are alloy and you can file the raised lettering off and polish them. Probably the best solution for now.

+1 on the MKS solution. A pair of NRs for only $30 - assuming they aren't too beat - is a bargain and it don't matter anyhow. I have a spare I can let you have, and it's in pretty nice shape, too. PM me if interested.

+1 on getting some MKS caps and polishing out the logo. The Campag caps are crap anyway. They're nasty, chromed plastic. I was amazed when I realised that... Campag is such good quality, their pedals deserve better.

I think there are steel campy caps out there, but they are rare.
Here's a single plastic? cap w/ a BIN of $50! http://cgi.ebay.com/NOS-Campagnolo-P...item483d487cf1 |
I've been riding a Campy NR pedal without a dustcap for like 30 years. Smooth as silk. No worries.

Oh ok thanks all. So what I gather is that the copy knock off MKS caps will fit and or I don't really need to worry about a dust cover any way. Sounds good to me. These ones are definitely used but they work so maybe I'll do it for 30 bucks.
