looking for production fork - 27/28", lugged, chrome and with double eyelets?

hi, it seems there is either a gap in the market or i am not looking in the right place. i want to replace the fork on my 78 Raleigh Super Course. It should definitely be lugged and have double eyelets, for fitting fenders and a porteur rack. Chrome would be a plus. Brake fittings are less important, as i could go canti if need be. I've only found this one aftermarket fork which seems pretty steep in price. $199.

this on also looks good, but lacks the extra eyelets

any other leads?

cheers,

That second one has canti brake studs; is that what you're looking for?

Here's one with double eyelets though you'll need to make sure steerer tube is the right length for you:
