sigh... it's my color, but not my size
Yeah, I've been following this one since Jan mentioned it in response to the other Rene Herse that got over $10,000. Notice this auction started right on the heels of that other one...

This one doesn't do it for me like the blue one did.
I saw that one a few days ago when the bidding was less than $1000. I can't imagine why someone put in a bid of $100.
It is my size but don't have enough cash
I liked the blue one better. I have a sneaking suspicion that noglider and I ride nearly the same sized bikes , but given the fact I am saving pennies for a Brommie, no worries on a bidding war anytime soon.

Sigh....decimal point is still in the same place.
I like the looks of this one, and it's my size! The bidding is still relatively low with a couple hours to go, so I'll wait until the last few seconds to put in the winning bid.
Not! Wish I could though.
Be the person your dog thinks you are.
That blue one was ideal. I'd still take this one though.
god you guys are so picky....9800$$ + $4.50 worth of Krylon Blue = 1 Blue Rene Herse.
It had a fender missing too.
and it was used too... not NOS
I've had the good fortune to see that one up close...it's a beauty.
I know there's a fancy frenchy way to say it correctly but in my mind that 10 thousand dollar bike is a Rennay Hearse.
cannot believe it !!!
faut dire que ces Mafac 2000 sont du tonnerre !!
french craze all the way !! i just want a peugeot track bike myself
