I' m taking the family just to check it out. We are hitting Baltimore Saturday, staying in Westminster & hitting the swap. Good way to forget about winter for a little..unless we get a storm.

Hopefully, it won't be as bad as last year. There were over 4,000 attendees that braved the blizzards
and were willing to be shuttled in to the AG Center. Cabin fever works wonders for a great turnout *lol*

Hmm. I really did well finding treasure there last year. I think I may have to wander down there again.

It would be about 45 minutes ( give or take) Take route 95 to the beltway, then take 795 to route 140 into Westminster. It's all highway. Hope to see
you there.

9am customers are allowed in. There will be many people who will come early to get a good place in line.

Anyone interested in carpooling from the central PA region?

I thought I had checked completely to see if anyone else had started the thread. Oops.

Poguemahone and I will be set up again this year. We're going for a larger dealer space as the single table was a bit cramped last year.

As to what I'm bringing: At least two bikes - a Vista Silver Shadow 61cm (Arai 631 tubing, first generation Shimano 600 including bar end shifters, Tourney crank, not too bad condition) and the No Dead Kittens bike (Centurion Accordo fixie, tubular wheels, Shimano 600 crank, 105 brakes, powder coated), plus a number of frames. On the definite list is my replica Mavic Neutral Support bike (2000 Trek 2000T), a late 70's Raleigh Grand Prix mixte, a Royce Union mtb frameset, and possibly my repainted, drewed, UO-8.

Poguemahone was talking a couple of bikes and a bunch of parts, although I'm not sure exactly what.

Probably about 40 miles. I-795 to Reisterstown, then MD140 to Westminster.

Wow, looks like it might be a poor turnout at the Westminster Swapmeet. Looks like
I might have to keep all of my treasures *lol*

So, is the idea to wear a Bike Forums name tag?

... or a CR list tag?

I'd appreciate a little note taking if someone should bump into any of John Hollands' wares.

I'll be at our own Twin Cities swap on the 13th.

I'm not sure I'll be able to make it now. I mentioned going to Baltimore to my wife this weekend and she said she has something planned for my birthday. She is taking me somewhere, won't tell me where, just that I need to pack an overnight bag and I have to be blindfolded on the way....

I have never been to this one and just may have to make the journey down to check it out. How does it compare to the swaps at the Velodrome in Trexlertown?

I have only been to the one last year. It was smaller than T-town. But still plenty of stuff to look at and buy.

What size and how much for the Klein and the Trek MB? And what model Trek? Send me a PM if such questions are not cool here.
