Based on this (awful) pic of the headtube from the seller, what size is this?

I'm guessing 62cm ST, with possibly a 58cm TT. You might be able to find out the geometry from this site. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking it's 82-85.

Not knowing anything about Fuji, my guess was 60-63 cm seat tube.

choices are 61 or 64: I'd go with 64 (since the angle or view would cause foreshortening, if anything).

Fuji Tivoli Frame of about the same year, Fuji listed as 64cm, 62.5cm CTC. Fuji usually measured center to very tip of seat tube lug:



I'm guessing the 61 for the OPs pic.
