Where to find Shimano 600 STI face plates?

i just "won" an ebay auction for 8 speed shimano 600 shifters...they are missing the face plates.

where can i find them?

Here are 9 speed Ultrega plates, I don't know if 8 and 9 speed are the same.

8 & 9 are not the same, but the plates come up every so often for 600 and DA, both would fit.

Do you need just the cap that glues on, or the entire plate?
