I took a lot of measurements and copied the stamp in CorelDraw. There's another Bianchi saddle on eBay with the same stamp, which helped with some details. Anyway, I made an accurate drawing and had the stamps 3-D printed in plastic.
Then I cut the leather to a pattern based on the original top, soaked it, stretched it using the stamps I'd had made, and... well, it takes a while, but that's pretty much it.
I also drew the metal badge and had one of those printed. The one on this saddle is original, but I can make more if I want.

Wonderful work thanks for posting. That leather looks really nice. I'm looking for a Bianchi saddle as we speak also, so this really caught my attention.

So the stamps make an impression after sometime I imagine. Do you have a picture of the stamps?

93 bianchi tsx,not os tubing el fork
hi all , I posted this on some official bianchi/bianchi thread somewhere and on this forum before and never got much response.I acquired the frame on cl with an assist from a fellow bike freak in colorado.I cobbled it together with a combination of old super record (head set) c-record chorus aero pedals ,2nd gen croce d'aune cranks,2nd version of c-record front derailleur ,braze on....2nd gen c- rear derailleur, record dbl pivot brakes from around 94/95 and nos 8 spd athena ergos from 1997 ,carbon but not bb in the athena group that year, last of the pointy hoods...c-record hubs circa 1991/93 laced to mavic sup front and sup reflex rear....campy cables natch, and a nice unpolished but very clean c-record aero seat post that was a gift from a nice dottore in atlanta who replied to a wtt/wtb plea on some list and i sent him some nice unobtanium colnago tape and something else i cant recall....anyways the bianchi branded turbo style saddle came to the right coast from LA via CL again......record 8 spd cog set and c-9 chain...I wish i used record alloy dt stops but the black plastic athenas dts matched the black cableset and it shifted so perfectly after beinjg set up by master wrench greg cianci of the gone but not forgotten eurocycle sports bike shop in allenwood nj....celeste bianchi bartape(it gets dirty fast but cleand up reasonably well) and celeste vittria something or other tyres...thats it, no reparto corse sticker tsx tubesets ,one inch, and an el bianchi unicrorwn fork sans the later decal mania...extremely short stays ,check out the clearance on the down tube from the rear 23 mm tire prolly a quarter of an inch and the extra stiff bb shell found on high end slx frames a few years earlier ,mine has blue b's in a circle and the downtube lug is long and pointy and marked with just thye blue bianchi b...hope the pics do it justice I'll post what i have in a lower byte count for now but have plenty of clode ups i can download and e-mail as an attachment if you would like....no mas lets hope for the best or that my computer skillset has increased moderately....take care ,kevin in ardena nj

A friend of mine gave me an old BIANCHI road bike frame he'd damaged by riding into a car.
I was going to use it as Wall-Art for some of my vintage parts and rebuilt it with those parts. Today i took the assembled bike out for a 15 kilometers ride and it rides really nice. it can even be ridden no-hands.
I used Shimano ADAMAS AX front and rear derailleus because I just love the looks of that AX stuff, a Tiagra crankset for the aero look, Lyotard platform pedals, Miche hubs with a Shimano 6-speed freewheel with 14 - 28 teeth although I'll replace that with one with 24 teeth, Mavic GP4 tubular rims, Vittoria Corsa CX tubular tires, Shimano brake calipers, Dia-Compe aero brake levers, SR stem, bars and seat post. The seat post clamp is really weird. I've never seen one like it before.

Ok that is great work! Thanks for taking the time to post all of that! I always think about taking a saddle to a leather shoe repair place, but this is on another level. Do you do saddle restorations for members?

Yes another Mondiale!. I've looked for so long. Shape is nice. I have the 58cm that I will be posting on EB soon. Unfortunately, It was always large for me but road that most weekends.
I just need some blue or celeste cable and a blue or celeste saddle.

Found a 91(?) Bianchi Peregrine at the LBS. It's stunning, I love the Celeste cabling!

You have your Mondiale built up nice.
Mine is not built up yet I've run into a snag the C record headset does not fit if I use a record adjustable cup it gives me room to use the C record lock nut I am tempted to go with this.

This is my Bianchi TSX, and the first bike I have ever built. I know it may be sloppy, but I never thought a bicycle could make me so happy... this is worse than a meth addiction! Anyway, it's mostly Record, and if you don't like the Unicrown fork, then a pox on your housings.

I have a new to me Bianchi Imola. Think it is a 2011/12, but can't prove it. Has a few up grades, 105 shifters, Ultegra brakes, and Mavic wheels. I have a black and white saddle for it, not shown in picture. It's back at the shop, had slippage on the smaller cogs, hope to have back soon. Have only been able to put 37 miles on.

I had this Bianchi Sport SX for about a day. Much much too small for me, but a nice little ride and almost no rust. A rarity in HI.
