It may be just a "Rally 3rd-gen. Note that it's simply a high-polish version of first-gen Rally w/a Super Record outer plate."
BUT, because it is soooo sexy looking, any decent example draws a small fortune on E-prey. I have two fine examples of the first generation Rally, but I still covet one of these. sigh.

Kindly ignore the background in these photos. The brand is under-represented.

A battle first generation Chorus derailleur from 1988. It's an interesting chameleon during a period of transition for Campagnolo. One of their first products with a B screw and a slant parallelogram. The parallelogram is adjustable to two different positions, and can be set nearly vertical for straight block racing freewheels, or in slant parallelogram mode for wider range freewheels. (Shown here with a 13-30T freewheel, but I have also used it successfully with rear cogs up to 34T in size).

Of course, you will need the upper pivot bolt which is either aluminum or Ti....depending who you ask.....plus the derailleur upper pivot stop washer. The pivot bolt comes up for sale once in a while at eBay, but the wahser is harder to find as everyone seems to lose it. You can either buy a reatty one ofr parts or some had actually mde one from scratch..... That one you found looks barely used! definitely worth getting back to gether for use or resale. The prices on these recently jumped up to double what it was last season for NOS.........just in time for spring, I guess.

Mostly Mischief
Suntour Le Tech, dual pivot touring RD. It works really well for me. While the cluster on the picture only goes to 26T the crank is a triple, thus a long cage derailleur. I have a feeling that this set-up with a chain wrap of 36T is far from the limit of the Le Tech.

Are those original pulley bolts? I won a SX410GT one ebay but it had a few questionable features. One is that the bolts don't thread into the back-side cage far enough to suit me. The cage thickness looks bigger than the cage on a Prestige, so I'm thinking someone "repaired" it with bolts scavenged from a Prestige.

I don't know about in those photos. Mine I believe are original in these photos here:
If it's an issue you can PM me and I'll take some detail photos of mine for you.

You gonna eat that?
Not as exotic or fancy as some of the others here, but I had a Fuji Royale mixte come through my hands a year or two ago. It had a Suntour Vx derailleur, branded as a Fuji. I thought that was pretty cool. In fact, lots of the components were Fuji branded even though they were made by other companies.
