What tool to use to open up 7 speed Maillard 700 compact plus FW??

Ive been trying to open up one of my Maillard 700 7 speed compact plus freewheels, to inspect and service the pawls and bearings (I bought it used and something does not seem completely right with it's ratcheting action.), but I don't have the tool to take the splined lock ring (outboard race) off the FW body. I've been trying to knock it loose with a flat screw driver and a small hammer, but no luck after many times trying to knock it loose. Does Park have a tool available to remove the splined race ring? Anyone here know what tool number it is?
If I can't find a tool I'll try mounting it to an old wheel and maybe I'll have more leverage to knock it loose with a screw dirver or a drift, but any suggestions to get it off easier will be appreciated. The ring seems to resist any damage from the screw driver hits as I suspect it's hardened metal. Never had this problem before as all my 6 speed FWs in the past had holes for pin wrenches.
