unusual bicycle

I have come across a "Aristrocrat " bike, it has a Crest on the name plate on front of a standing Lion.' Im seeking info about it .
I saw where a member had a frame only like it ,and wonder if that person might want to acquire mine and restore it,all is there except chain and front head light top is missing!
Thanx for letting me visit youe unique site!!
Sincerely ; Bob
I think it was made in West Germany
