3ttt stem minimum insertion help

This is a pretty simple question but I'm trying to adjust a few things on my bicycle to be more comfortable when riding. My pinarello comes with a 3ttt stem but I can't tell what the minimum insertion is for it. It says MAX vertically and then Italy but I don't see a line anywhere. Do I stop at the M, after the X or after Italy? The stem is a bit beat up so maybe there was a line but now I can't see it. Thank you
