is that a book store? by the looks of the lock someone may think it is valuable.

That's one of the really special ones - early 60's, nervex lugs. It's worth an absolute mint. Crankset's very likely been changed at some point - it would originally have had 151's.

Well, somebody knew it was shop-window-worthy, apparently.

With a Cinelli hair net helmet tossed in for fun behind the front wheel. Handsome bike. Never seen a white and orange job before. I would vote audio book shop.

Make an offer on the store. It's worth less than the bike. You can always flip the store.

Mikkelsen frames are made in Alameda, CA. Custom Bay Area framebuilder. May not have the same panache as the Masi but quality bikes. Store may know more about bikes than meets the eye. You might want the flip the store...

um...open my own bike shop eh? thanks for the idea. ... the problem is that right in that area, there are already 4 bike shops...too much competition. i like the name though ' joes stylish bikes" for a minute i though repechage might be the owner of that masi as he, somehow knew about the store where it is at. i dont think the owner of those bikes has anything to do with that store...he just asked them to display the bikes as the city was giving an award for the best bike display-i dont think he won but he certainly should have!!
