My Moto is coming home!
So, like an idiot last summer…I get the notion in my head that it’s time to “thin the herd”…don’t ask why, because I’m still not really sure. Anyway, one of the bikes I sold was my circa 1984 Motobecane Jubliee Sport….I had bought the bike a few months earlier and really liked it, it fit me well, it rode great, looked great, etc. Of course, I regretted almost as soon as I sold it…and have unsuccessfully looked for a replacement since.
So, imagine my surprise when I see an 1984 Moto Jubilee Sport for sale today…damn if it isn’t my old bike! A quick arrangement with the seller, and I’m bringing her back home tonight! (I just hope it still looks as good as it does here.)

Was this the one just listed in Philly? If I were still deal hunting, I'd have moved on that one myself, and I almost posted it to the ebay thread.
Edit...that's definitely it. The color looked different, but the size is a dead match.

That's the one...the photos I took of it made the color look sky blue instead of the lighter shade that it really is...

I just looked at the ad in Philly... that can't be a 23" model, can it?

That's a one in a million event, ohjonnybegoode. I have never heard of anyone buying back their own bike - especially in a big town.
Make sure you hold on to it now. It's a wonderful bike.
