Anyone have a Suntour upper pulley removal tool I could borrow?

The tool that's used to remove the nut on the inside with the two opposing slots in it. It would look like a mini-size golf divot tool. I tried to get it off with some circlip pliers but no go.

On the plus side, I was a bit scared to remove the bolt that holds the spring for fear that it would all come flying out, but no problem. Just remember to take off the little tension stop peg first.

If it's not someone in the L.A. area I will pay for shipping and back. Thanks!

Gratuitous picture: The Alessi 6-cup stovetop coffeemaker in which I have made two pots of coffee every day for the last 12 years. Best gift ever.

Someone on Ebay has a whole bunch of 'em:

https://cgi.ebay.com/SUNTOUR-VINTAGE-...item4aa5cfe7b1

Price seems higher than I thought I remembered, though. Maybe this one will go cheaper:
