Lemond Victoire Titanium Road Bike the best of the rest! Lot's of pictures!
Found this on Chicago's CL this week! A 2003 Lemond Victoire with Ultegra, and set of Bontrager Race Lite(DT Swiss Hubs) along the Shimano's Flight Deck(mileage 233). Compared to Litespeed, Lynskey and Merlin TI's, this Lemond is perfect for me. The Head Tube angle 73 and Seat Tube angle 72 degree's which Greg Lemond recommends for his bikes so to pedal through power strokes behind the crank(spec looks more like a touring bike).
Amazed that the Lemond's is so comfortable, accelerates effortlessly and climbs like a goat. I'm glad the LBS was so intent on selling the Lemond's to the previous owner, knowing that the bike was too large(greed) and that's why it sat for all through years because of the former own's problem with back pains and knee pain's. Thanks LBS, Mike

I guess I'm partial to TI's, their light, stiff where needed and comfortable on long fast rides. Nothing against CF or Alu, but TI's are the closest to Steel! I thought my Lemond Victoire would qualify for CVers, because in Road Racing everything is plastic(CF). In fact Greg Lemond won several races with TI's, also! Thanks for looking, Mike
