Eating C&V
Spotted this huge cache of Nishiki product yesterday (and I'm willing to facilitate by the way ,) and was wondering what other bike-related or C&V related foodstuffs I could come up with... I ran out of good ideas after Fuji apples and a few wines & beers.

Any others that you're aware of?

What percentage solution of OA do you think is needed to get that brown rice back to its pristine white color?

I used to prepare Nishiki rice in a Panasonic (well, National) rice cooker... and that's actually the same company that made the bikes and a bunch of other stuff.

You could try substituting sorrel or rhubarb, they both contain OA...
