Ebay - How often do you get item not as described / missing complaints?

Ebay - How often do you get item not as described / missing complaints?
I am really frustrated. 
All my Ebay sales are Non Returnable but I still get requests.
I spend a lot of time making sure the descriptions are accurate and packaging is secure.
For the particular item in question I remember securing a clamp that was prone to wander and fastening it down securely - then placing the item in a shipping box until payment came through. At the same time I cannot be 100% certain.
I don't see why the buyer would screw with me & I'd be upset if my won part wasn't complete but somehow I feel the effect of negative karma.
Do I have to charge more to insure packages down to a $15 or so minimum - this one totals under $50.
