Madison - Ride the Drive C&V meetup?
Seeing as we've got a moderate contingent of C&Vers here in Madison, WI I'm wondering if there's interest in a meetup during the Ride the Drive festival.
MrEss and fam will probably be around from 10:00ish until the early afternoon, spending a fair amount of time on Kid's Street with the sprog.
Maybe a C&V lap around the marked loop is in order? I'll have that rattle-can Atala and permission to unbuckle the trailer for a while.
*sigh* Yes, the title is wrong. Bike the Drive is that fun Chicago thing I can never go to because it conflicts with WisCon.

Do you have any links available?
And what is WisCon?
If it's in the next few weeks then I'm out, got a little vision thing going on currently.

This post is definitely last-minute; I didn't realize until about 6:00 that it's happening this weekend. Here's the link for the event, anyway: https://www.cityofmadison.com/transpo.../ridethedrive/
I figure that most folks from town are already planning on going anyway, so why not stop to say hi?

You know there are about 12-15 states with a city named Madison. He was a US President after all.
Do you mean Madison WI?

This post reminds me of that cell phone commercial where the guy doesn't get the new message about the changed time for the flash mob at the train station.

I might just head out for this. It looks interesting and a different place to ride for a change. I'll be on a Green Raleigh Sprite internal hub 5 speed and most likely a Fat Tire Amber Ale hat. I may wear my C&V Reynolds 531 shirt, but 85 & Sunny may call for something other than a black shirt.
