Sram cx - dt

Hi - I've got a bike that is equipped with SRAM CX-Dt shifter and I'm trying to take them off, but I have no idea how to do it - any ideas?

They are very similar to these: http://cgi.ebay.com/NIB-SRAM-CX-DT-7...item43a7716c18
