Cool, never seen one that color. Had a green one that went with the ex, but was one of the non-folders with 451 wheels.

Whoah! Looks kind of tangerine at this point. That shop is well known in C&V annals.
That said, these photos don't reflect the actual color that well - there is a noticeable pinkish tint in the paint. I'll try to color-adjust these or photograph another set.

If it is, it has faded a great deal. Flipping it over should indicate whether that is the case or not.
What would you say to a black Twenty? I've been meaning to strip and paint my rusted, white '69.

When I was fixing up my old folder (not a Raleigh), I had a hard time finding 20 inch tires that were not white. On the orange bike, they look good.

I love those sidewalls. They look a bit chartreuse to me!

I color-adjusted this photo in an attempt to represent the true color better. As you can see, there is a noticeable pinkish hue to the orange. I flipped over the bike and found it to be exactly the same on the areas shaded from sunlight; hence, I have to assume this color is original and is not a faded, bright orange Twenty:
I took the liberty of photographing it with my own Coffee '70. They look nice together:

What a neat find! Raleigh really had a good thing going for a long time. I suppose it was a combination of their elegant designs and decent quality.
I'm not sure why, but for some reason I'm intrigued with folding bikes of late. They are just too cool! Admittedly though, pretty much anything that I can pedal and that has two wheels is intriguing to me lately... I've got the bike bug bad and I'm driving my poor wife crazy!

On the other hand, I have seen the bright orange hue on the Twenty on the aforementioned blog, but only once - on a Canadian-market (though Nottingham-built) Raleigh Sports. I saw one photograph before it disappeared into the interwebs.

I'm not about to say it's the best riding folder ever made - I'm sure most Moultons far exceed it - but it's the best inexpensive C&V folder that isn't a Moulton.

That might be "pumpkin", a color used on Raleigh Choppers of the same era.

Pumpkin?! Is this going to be another one of those Bridgestone/Rivendell threads?
