Correct, it is unbutted CrMo, probably constant 0.9mm thickness for the seat tube. Seems a bit odd that the sticker specifies that it is only the seat tube, sort of leaves me thinking rest of the bike is likely gaspipe hi-tensile steel and that the splurged on the "nice" seattube just so they could add a CrMo sticker somewhere on the frame.

On architectural drawings, we use P.G. to mean "Paint Grade" for woodwork, but I'm sure that's not what it means here. Just some enrichment info.

Thanks, all. That was what I suspected. From other reading I was already pretty sure that the bike wasn't all Tange. Also, it's no lightweight.
