P.G. Seat Tube ?

Can anybody tell me what the "P.G." on this sticker means?

Correct, it is unbutted CrMo, probably constant 0.9mm thickness for the seat tube. Seems a bit odd that the sticker specifies that it is only the seat tube, sort of leaves me thinking rest of the bike is likely gaspipe hi-tensile steel and that the splurged on the "nice" seattube just so they could add a CrMo sticker somewhere on the frame.
Specs for tange tubing are at;

On architectural drawings, we use P.G. to mean "Paint Grade" for woodwork, but I'm sure that's not what it means here. Just some enrichment info.

Thanks, all. That was what I suspected. From other reading I was already pretty sure that the bike wasn't all Tange. Also, it's no lightweight.
