Mystery caliper

As I'm pulling that old Sentinel apart, I notice that the rear caliper isn't a Shimano Tourney like the front. It's also a centerpull, and the pivot bolt heads have 'Cherry' on them in script, within a leaf-shaped device. Anybody know what these are?

A very common Chinese made brake from the bike boom era.
