Cranky Old Guys Rule!

My wife bought this for me.

I'm thinking I don't mind being called a "cranky old guy" when it's accompanied by this vintage bike.

Naa. I’m still living in denial (with my wife Cleopatra). I don’t like wearing anything that says “old” on it. Besides, it’s too freaking honest, 1- I’m a “Guy”, 2- I’m of German heritage so I’m genetically “cranky”, 3- I have to admit I’m going more downhill than up so I’m “old”. 4- I don’t think I “rule” anything in my household.

She bought it at the county fair at some booth. I'm pretty sure it's one I saw that was purveying "Old Guys" gear, but since I really don't feel old, I didn't even give it a second glance. She surprised me with it later.

Hey I just looked it up and here is the "Old Guys Rule" site, and they have that shirt and one with a Mtn. bike http://www.oldguysrule.com/catalog/T_Shirts-7-1.html

Just the thing to be wearing when you are passing some young whippersnappers on their CF wonderbikes.

$20 and then an extra $1 for XXL, that outrageous. I hate when they do that, do they charge an extra for a medium over a small? It really peaves me off! Never would I buy one when they charge the extra buck for me being fat, never I say. Oops, there's my cranky coming out, maybe I do need a new shirt.

I'd wear one. The caption doesn't interest me, but the picture appears to be a Lambert.

I would probably get less criticism with that than my "Life is Crap" t-shirt.

Looking at it with this in mind, I'd say I should have just laid it on the bed without me in it to take the photo. The head-on collision appears to have had a negative impact on the front wheel also.
