    Outside Outfitters

I'm not associated with this company in anyway. Ran across this site a couple of weeks ago, these guys have some great deals. I've ordered from them one time, all went smooth. The site a little difficult to navigate, if you poke around there's other good buys to be found.

I bought a Brooks saddle from them about a month ago at the current sale price... I spent over $150 so I got the free shipping. Great customer service, to boot! Had to return an item, and that went without a hitch.

Excellent price on the TGs and Brooks (Team Pro Classic especially). Nice, thanks!

I've bought from them. A little slow shipping but the price made up for that easily. The parts were right so no need for customer service.

Nice prices. I don't consider the Team Pro Classic to really be a Team Pro because of the steel rivets though. The old Brooks non-Team Pros had copper rivets, just not the large hand hammered ones. I'd feel kind of cheated with the steel rivets. Their price on the Team Pro is good though

Good prices on Paselas. Wish they carried the 27 inch tires.

Thanks for the tip. Always good to learn of new sources. Niagara Cycle Works, Nashbar, Performance, and JensonUSA also seem pretty good. I've even bought a couple of things at Wal-Mart. I've actually had really good luck with the chain tool I bought there.

Did you ever try these guys? Is so, how are they?

Concur. Some very good deals. I got a great deal on a new DA compact crank about a year ago.

I'd be curious to know also. They're right around the corner from my office in a warehouse park, but I've never been there. I assumed they're a drop-ship operation, but they ran an ad in the local CL recently announcing that they were doing service work, so I believe there's an actual storefront.

I'll try to stop by there soon.

I just picked up a Brooks saddle at a very good price. I added a rear light to bring up the total to get free shipping and it was still cheaper than the next lowest price I could find on the internet. Shipping was a little long but absolutely no problems.

Just been on the phone with sevice-staff about changing an order (Velocity A-23 rim, awesome rim - rides like tubular) I made yesterday, and I received premium service , got the feeling he really wanted to help me.
5 minutes later I received this mail :
    Hello,
Thanks for your order. I just wanted to confirm with you that we changed one of the 28h rims with the 32h of the Velocity A-23 rim.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Best Regards
    "his name"
