Indeed! Very sweet.

Anyone else here want to post his lovely wife? Maybe I've started something?

I was tempted to start a "behind every man is a great woman" thread, but maybe this is a place for it.
Here is my wife Grace. A much more interesting and accomplished person than I'll ever be. I am one lucky SOB.
Not sure how she'll feel about me posting these here but what the heck.

Thanks WNG. I like that one too. Actually, we do have two cats, but those aren't them. That pic was taken in a shelter in China.
Grace does a lot of work there for animals.

Alberta Chainsaw Massacre!

It drives me crazy when trees that have taken nearly 50 years to grow are massacred in a matter of hours. While it looks a little like a blood bath on the street (is that Gaerr at the chipper?), it is actually the berries from the departed mountain ash. I guess having new neighbours who will build a giant house is the price of progress. Bah!

Finally "cleaned out" my office in the shop today. The only thing left is D.D.'s 3 bikes and my Nishiki and daughter's Trek on the indoor trainers. The rest (other than my winter riding Gitane Sprint and Trek 510) are now hung up downstairs. Only two of these I don't ride - a too tall '84 Peugeot PSV of my dad's and the inherited (also from my dad) Teledyne Titan. Unfortunately the photo was a little blurry.

I can't imagine going foraging and exploring, only to find a MAN-EATER near the place where I slept. You Florida cats are CRAZY!

lol the Alligators aren't so bad, they avoid people. I was using super zoom.

Hi @kflagg : yes, Bayshore Drive, we went through Channelside and downtown to get to Ybor City, that's where the lunch was, at a place called "La Creperia" on 7th Ave. Good food, I'll be back there.

@drasp : I'll PM you next time we are planning a ride

I went kayaking at some preserve just outsine of Tampa last winter. A good sized alligator went just under the kayak in crystal clear water. It was a bit " unsettling". We played some golf the same week and ran across another one sunning on the tee box. I had to turn my back to him to tee off. Hit a lousy shot.
