Some sights in Malmö, Sweden, today. Kind of a lazy Sunday, not much was open, but many people were out and about.

Note the floating bike parking in the canal at the train station. It was closed for some reason that my rudimentary Swedish wasn't able to understand from the sign.

My 22 year old visited last night and saw my track bike. She admired it, saying it was effed up. That's young people speak for outstanding, so she appreciated it.

Sorry for being so chatty in a pictures thread!
Thanks Tom, I count myself a lucky man on a daily basis, she is a sweet angel that's open minded and willing to give any new experience a whirl. I wouldn't lose any sleep over your girls and riding, it took me years to come to enjoy golf or tennis but that didn't stop my father from playing as often as he did. As a teenage punker in the early 80's the idea of golf only made my dad seem like Ward Cleaver, no way was I playing the role of the Beav... Christ... it was bad enough under Reagan but golf tees and tennis shorts... no thanks! Besides, there's much to like about C'dale Synapse, I'm sure she will find plenty of enjoyment in the San Fran bike culture. I predict your girls will come to love or at the least appreciate the things you are passionate about... a great life role model on two wheels.

Best regards!

Great little stoves--I love the way they sound--kind of like a jet taking off.

Would that be a Snowshoe Hare getting his brown coat back?

Such a cool bike, and a real inspiration for the rigid SS I'm building now.

Unfortunately winter skipped the Netherlands this year

White Tailed Jack (Hare)... they have bigger ears and smaller feet than Snowshoe hares and also change colour in the summer / winter.
