We camped at Lake Wenatchee over the weekend. Smoke from the Chelan fires blew in on Saturday. The before and after photos are from Friday(clear) and Saturday (smokey).

Taken almost exactly two years ago on her maiden ride after refit. Believe it or not, the blue/yellow design covers an entire parking lot in downtown Redmond.

I rode the Singer to the Gigantic Bike Festival and was eyeballing the Vendor booths. This particular booth was my favorite. Surrounded by old cruisers and rat rods, this guy was selling line drawings of vintage bikes, motorcycles, and cars. The artist was very interested in my bike. I was especially drawn to this sidecar..more rolling art actually, he fittef it with a gas tank to fuel flame throwers which could be turned via a switch in the gas tank. The sidecar made from an old canoe. Lost of cool details. The artists' wife is in the background taking photos of my bike. The artist wanted to do some drawings of it..

Like new.

Broke it in a bit yesterday on our ride.

We went out in the canoe to check out the full moon. Tucker wasn't terribly interested...

But it was pretty nice all the same.

That looks like the amount of tomatoes that I have picked from my garden this year but packaged in a much prettier fashion! You sure do take some great pictures Jim. One of these days I have to check out riding in MA...

Some of the Blue Lake bush beans from this year. Bumper crop of wonderful green stuff this year. More potatoes than we can eat before spoiling. I think there were 60+ quarts of tomato/spaghetti sauce too. A good season for the garden after a scary late planting due to wet cool weather.

You're welcome!

Tucker is a very handsome boy, allegedly Great Pyrenees and Border Collie. He weighs in at about 85 pounds. Oh, and he's equipped with a tail of mass destruction. ;)

Thank you! Actually, my sweetie took that one. She was inside shopping and apparently taking pics too while I was bike-sitting outside.

You want to ride in MA? Bring it on! We have organized informal rides every so often, sometime just one or two riders, sometimes 8 or 10. The most recent ride was last December. Also a bunch of us are planning the Nth semi-annual CCRT ride over Columbus Day weekend. No specifics yet though.

Osa was Newfoundland/Chow. About the same size, with a penchant for growing dreads in her tail.
