[QUOTE=Italuminium;14779192]Some JKT pics, more to come.
Boats in the old Jakarta harbour

bad pic of a badly treated monument

I was at that monument a couple of years ago. I'll never forget the smell... The locals were not to fond of the remains of Bataviastad. There was also an indoor marketplace around there. Have you seen that too?

This bicycle built for 4 is hanging at the back of a house off a local Dallas multi-use path.
Pics are not great because of so so zoom.
Interesting fence there as well.

Here's where my bike spends every day. (most days it's a singlespeed/fixed UO-8). THis bike actually is getting a BB rebuild and 32c tires with black fenders this weekend. Can't get these stupid Speedium2's to seat right, and I'd like to go a bit wider for every day riding anyway.

I believe this is a young eagle. an eagles nest is in the area, and full grown eagles fly over. She landed in my backyard near the woodpile and watched the smaller birds at the bird feeder. It was early and I had to use the flash. Instantly, as the flash went off, she was gone. A 4 foot wing span.

A professional photographer invited me to join him in Downtown Mesa for Bike Nite. I thought it would be good for me to get out and try to clear the funk in my head due to my personal 'Situation'. At least I still have my point-n-shoot. Boy, do I miss riding (my motorcycle and all my bicycles)! :-(
