OK, got a Miyata not all pearl white, but about 80%. Still have the original white Mundialita seat too, just not as comfy as the TriMatic.

I quite like a brown leather with pearl white. I haven't fitted a brown leather bar wrap on my bike but I think it would look smart. Here's my saddle:

Here's my Tommasini in Pearl white with mostly black accents. Current saddle is now a white Regal (ala Bigbossman).

You really could go in alot of different directions, and they would probably all look pretty darn good on such a nice bike as your Rossin. If that was my Rossin though,(someday maybe
) I would go all white. You don't really have a long way to go to get it there.So have you made your decision? Or are you just going to waste everyones time making us look at more and more gorgeous bikes?
