Here's mine:
21. miles (estimated)
35. (age of bicycle) on a 1977 Schwinn Le Tour II (aka "Cherry Bomb")
23. how many people I greeted with a "Good Morning" along the bike path
100. The percentage of how much I enjoyed riding today.

5. Miles
35, 40, 12, 2, 1. Age of most of the bicycle, pedals, crank, seat and drivetrain, and shifter.
20. Approximate number of cows that watched me take photos.

50/50. How much I enjoyed riding.

Bad: I was hoping for a long ride on my new (to me) hybrid, but the crank bit it a couple days ago.
Good: I needed to do some final tuning on this bike before I hand it off to one of my friends.

This is the third drivetrain it's had since I bought it: First it had the original 10 speed Eagle setup, then I converted it to SS, and now it has some stuff from my parts bin to turn it into a 5-speed. It's a hoot to ride, and I plan on doing something similar once I find the right donor bike.

Between 60-65 miles on a 72 Lejeune TDF. I was still ready for more but I ran out of time. I have a century coming up in 2 weeks so I need to keep pushing it.

A convenience store I stopped into for a bathroom break was running a special on 32oz Gatorades. So I did the last 15 miles with 4lbs in extra liquids!

Not too eventful a day here:

4 - approximate miles ridden
1 - age of bike in years (it was my Mercier all around bike, certainly not vintage or classic. Maybe "classical".)
4 - number of bicycle shops visited in search of some down tube shifter stops
0 - number of shops that had what I needed

biking in Minneasota and having DQ Blizzard breaks - that's exactly how I grew up! brought back great memories....

9, 29, 4, 3, 38, 20, 7, 2, 0
Miles rode, age of bike, stops made (LBS, post office, Five Guys, street fair), age of the little munkin, weight of little munkin in lbs., weight of trailer in tow (it's a Wike, which is better than the Chariot and the Burley I previously owned), number of antique letterpress letter blocks we bought at our local streetfair, number of root beers drunk, number of beers drunk.

Perfectly glorious day. as the munkin put it, "when we take the bike, mama, my heart can hold all the sunshine we see."

That looks like it would have been fun.

I was at work all morning and part of the afternoon, got rear ended on the freeway by the zoo and played rock and roll and partied all night in Bay View. If by "all night" that means until midnight...
