MBK Mirage HPF?

Anyone familiar with the MBK HPF frame from the 90s? Love the shape, but....aparently is not a popular bike.

What HPF means and what steel is used?

no idea what the HPF means (though there seems to be something on the seat tube that might start with "CHR" maybe for chrom-moly?) but do know that the brand MBK is what Motobecane morphed into. Probably a nice French frame, looks like TiG welding and a pretty radical low fastback stay treatment.
How about a few close-ups of the details?
