Need Ironman measurement

Chicago Al was nice to make me a deal on his old IM expert with bent frame. What I need to know is the wheelbase from inside the rear dropout to the center of the front drop out. When I straighten the frame I will have a number to compare to or know how far off I am. The end of the DT and TT will be filled with epoxy to take care of the weak spots. Give me your thoughts.

I have a figure that shows 100.5cm (39 9/16) for the 60cm frame. I think I have the electronic copy on my desktop at work that I will try to attach later today.

I don't have any dimensions. I think that's a 52cm frame, but most of the diagrams produced are 56 or 58

Yes RobbieTunes I should have put 52 in the post, I'm going to guess that the wheelbase is shorter on a 52 then a 60. Anybody have one sitting in the garage they could measure.

I can't help with dimensions but I'm considering doing the same to a damaged RB-1. Keep us updated with your results and techniques. Does this frame have the usual front end collision damage (rippled tubing right behind the head lugs)?

Yes Iowegian, little ripple at the bottom of TT and DT right at the end of the lugs.

I'm going to test epoxy with microballons to save weight. If the microballons aren't strong enough then I will use just straight epoxy.

I would imagine so, otherwise the taller bikes would have much different geometry.
However, that's a math thing, and not my cup-o-beer.
