Now that's a trike!
I've seen racing trikes with 2 wheels at the back but never one like this. A Kendricks from the 30's, 531 tubes, Resillion Canti's on the rear and an ASC hub. Quite the craftsmanship. If I ever lose my equilibrium, I hope I can find one of these to ride.
Can anyone explain that thing that looks like a key on the top of the brake lever?
Here's the link to the auction site where I spotted this....https://tinyurl.com/7zngeq8

Cool. Jack Taylor produced several very cool racing trikes. I've even seen a tandem trike.

Yes indeed...https://www.classiclightweights.co.uk...ion-story.html
Quite the engineering firm. I'd hate to replace any of the steering linkage.
Way better than Oleo!

Resilion offer a key lock brake lever, locks the brake on so as the bike does not roll away from you when you park it. You can see a simular lever on Hilary Stones page.

Clubman's on the ball with the Resilion locking brake lever. I've never seen one on a machine, though. One came up recently on eBay.
Otherwise, thanks for posting the trike photo! The last time I rode one was when I was about 3 but ever since I discovered that some were made out of Reynolds 531 for racing I've become interested. I've even been half looking for one to buy but am put off by losing the ability to get through traffic. Much the same as why I've never added a sidecar rig to my collection of motorcycles.
Here's a very nice trike on eBay at the moment, built by the renowned HR Morris no less <sharp intake of breath> I might be tempted to go for it except for the price, although it does, as the seller say, come with "... MOST OF THE ORIGINAL 1974 PARTS - SUPER RECORD MECHS, CINELLI BARS AND MAFAC LEVERS. CAMPAGNOLO PEDALS, ETC" so perhaps it isn't that expensive. There can't be many HR Morris trikes around.

Parking brake. You're not going to throw that over a shoulder and steal it.
