Can anyone help I.D. these Dia-Compe levers?

I took these levers of the '60 Paramount that I got a while back that was set up for touring. They were paired with Canti brakes and worked great with them. They have nice hoods, one is set up for an integrated mirror. I am going to put them on ebay, but I am trying to figure out some more info about them before posting them. I can't find them on Velobase so I thought someone may know something. They say DIA-COMPE REGULAR on the underside as seen in the photo. Thanks for your help.

I agree the mirror is certainly after the fact, I believe made by Rhode Gear, and the hoods do not look original either.

Do you have a set of Record or Suntour Superbe levers to try those hoods on? If they fit, sell 'em separately (personally, I'd keep them if that's the case).
