Maybe 30's schwinn? help!

Hey I'm tryin' to date this old track frame.. I was think the sweetheart chainring has been added but the stem doesn't really match anything schwinn had.. Steel and wood rims, wrights saddle, and some atllstate crusader tires.. Serial # reads 7353 M? Any help at all would be amazing.
thanks!

Location: My response would have been something along the lines of: "Does your bike have computer controlled suspension? Then shut your piehole, this baby is from the future!"

Look up member "Scooper" he'll absolutely answer your questions, but you may have to post or send him better more detailed pics.

BTW, doesnt look like a track frame to me, looks like an older cruiser type bike that has been converted over to look like a track bike. I've built more than a few for friends that want a classy, vintage looking "track bike."
