Suntour 10 speed
Was hoping for some help as i know nothing at all about bikes.
I've been given this bike (attached below)
as far as i can see and read it a 10 speed steel Suntour frame.
It has ITM special handlebars and a Peugeot seat.
It also has Bluemels Mud guards.
Any ideas if this is worth anything? or when it is from?
Cheers all

Does it say Suntour on the frame itself, or just the components?

It's sure an oddball. The rear derailleur seems to be a Suntour Trimec, which was never made or installed in any great numbers. The rear rack is hawt, though, and though the vestigial front mudguard looks as if it's cut down from a longer original unit, the rear seems to be intact and unmolested, which is nice. The cranks seem to be an early Sugino Mighty Tour unit, which is nice enough for almost anyone.
Is it worth anything? Well, it shows all the hallmarks of being a stable, comfortable ride, possibly French in origin. If it fits you, I'd say it has great value as an around-town bike.

SunTour was a component manf. back "when. I've never heard of a SunTour (several variations on how it's spelled Suntour Sun Tour)
It sounds like you have a mis-mash of various parts. Kind of like how my bikes end up!
Not an expert, but I think Simplex was a French company to go along with your Japanese SunTour parts.
