24lbs? The box must've weighed more than the whole bike!

DD - Please add me to the list. This looks like fun, now that it's all moving along nicely.

I'm a little disappointed too, but I know I got my $15 worth out of the box. I think someone picked out all the good stuff that DD and others had placed into the box before it arrived on your doorstep. I was hoping for at least one small piece of drillium.

I think the key (and what I tried to do) is, even though this is called a Box of Crap, if you take out something nice, put in some fun stuff for those who follow. Nobody wants to open a box of BB spindles, dork disks and Spirt derailleurs. One of each, maybe, but no more.

^ Guys, I agree that sucks - but you know what? There's no rule that says you can't get on the list again
Imagine that - we could keep this BOC game going indefinitely at that rate!

Dagnabit!!! If I re-up now that puts me four spots behind DD... What're the chances of some drillium making it to me four spots back?
OK, I'll re-up and take my chances.

I know I can add to the box of crap, I have a pretty wide variety of usable stuff. I might pay my $12 just to put stuff in. Biggest problem is when the box comes my way I don't pick up until Saturday.

Hey DD, sign me up for round 2, and thanks for running the show! I've been finding little bits I meant to put in there but forgot so I need another go. I have to admit I was pretty excited to see what was in the 'mystery box' when it showed up on my doorstep, and the look on the face of my kids and their friends when they saw the contents and rolled their eyes was worth every penny of postage
As for what to put in...if you wouldn't pull it out of the dumpster, don't put it in the box!

This thing is moving along so swiftly now... Really hope it doesn't arrive during my vacation (June 1-June 11)... Major advance apologies if it does :/
