Okay ladies and gents, a sheet or two of these are going to be added to the BoC, but I would also like former recipients of the BoC to be able to get some as well. I have been in discussion with DD about reverse sending a couple sheets back down the line and I also have considered simply offering to let people send me self addressed/stamped envelopes that I'll just drop 1-2 in depending on request. What do you guys think between those two options?

BOX!

But we have a problem guys...

I'm going to dump a bunch of stuff at the co-op, and make a bunch of room, add some stuff and leave room still (maybe)

Yeah, it's threaded "in the Italian style." Hope the crankset gives you lots of love and miles!

Don't leave to much room, I can take care of that myself looking at all the fine crap that has been coming out of the box lately.

I dig the decals and will proudly install them on my BOC bike that I decided I would like to build. I have a nice Nishiki frame that I got out of the trash a few years ago that fits me and I have been thinking of what to do with it. I want to build it out of used parts only & I am thinking a 3spd with 700c wheels & upright handle bars as a start.

RalieghSport
has done a really cool thing here, designing and producing this neat keepsake/memento of our current BOC game. He will be putting a couple sheets of these decals into the box when he sends it along to the next recipient.

With that, post #1 has been updated with a new rule (12): Limit two decals per box recipient. Return the remaining decals to the enclosed envelope and place the envelope on the top of the load before closing box for shipment.

Oh, and the map is back in the box - please mark your location and draw a line from it to the person that sent the box to you.

This game just gets better and better...

DD

I like the idea of passing stickers back to those who preceded you in line. It is a great idea and I find the sticker fun. Truly EPIC if I must say so myself.

Hey guys I'm back up and running (had to reinstall windows and replace my motherboard) again. The Box of Crap is on it's way to Ultraspontane and I will see if my memory card reader is working and get the pics posted.

Talk about a week from hell, on Fri we had to have our oldest cat Sqeek put down and at the same time my main PC crashed along with my backup PC, it took me all this time to rebuild a new PC out of spare parts I have laying around ( which wasn't easy) and I am just now back up and running enough to get around on line. Our Directv DVR receiver also died and it took three days of calling and complaining before they said it sounds like it's dead and they are sending someone out with a new receiver on Sunday.

Wow, Glenn, a week from hell, indeed. I put one dog (Sneakers) to sleep about 11 years ago. Our current dog (Lily) just turned ten and has several health issues, so I'm steeling myself for that day, which will probably not be all that far off.

Hey Glenn, I'm sorry for your misfortune and I hope things get on an even keel soon. Losing a pet can be a very painful experience. We look forward to seeing the goodies you collected. Be well.

Only one backup PC ? There's your problem. . . HA HA

Funny story: I had my backup backup laptop out. Wouldn't boot to OS. Thought it finally died. Went to harvest the hard drive to discover. . . . .

I already had.

Oh.

I keep a copy of jolicloud on a usb drive so as long as something posts, I can do something with it.

Glenn: Sacha and I send our condolences on Sqeek's loss; off to a place where the box of cat-toys is bottomless, I'm sure

Page 1, Post 1 updated. Everyone please keep us updated with pics - and don't forget to snag a couple (maximum) of RalieghSport's decals!

Got the box.

This Box O' Crap game is a neat concept, but should we really be paying to ship a bunch of low end derailleurs and brake levers from the 80's and 90's around the country? The vast majority of the stuff in that box should be thrown out or recycled. I had a few decent pieces to add, but since there is nothing of any worth to take and no room left in the box, I'm leaving it as is and sending it off to the next guy tomorrow.
