If it comes to a BoC v5 I have some stuff to put in too, though not that much. And some of it is rather bulky

Remember what we talked about in PM's when you call him but I'll hold back until you make contact.

Okay, as far as I can see the situation is this: frantik is going to try to call R2Y on Monday the 3r. If he can't find out anything, RS has generously offered to try to get another box going, and including new decals as well. Sounds good to me; I can't call R2Y myself from my location, and don't have any crap out here, either, so I'm sorta stuck, but it's good to know we've got people back stateside that are willing to step up.

Could very well be that R2Y is continuing to take care of more important business, and that's perfectly understandable. It would be nice to get a quick update from him, but you know, I haven't had the issue he was going through, so who am I to say? If he gets back on here at some point, perhaps we can try to get the boxes to meet up, consolidate, and pass the extra along to a co-op or something. Where there's a will, there's a way.

Thanks RS and frantik for the leg-work on this

DD

It's monday at 10:00 I'm rebooting the box, I've got a pile and we've already got some offers to contribute so we should be running again soon.

RS - thanks for stepping up, YOU DA MAN

Box number 6 (and third in this particular series) - hoo-yah!

Has anyone been tracking? It would be cool to get a map going again...

I didn't get a chance to call road2you but it looks like we're moving on to version 6! I'm hoping Number Five is still alive and will be able to perform a Vulcan mind meld with its successor sometime in the future.

Should there be a new thread for this instance of the BOC? We can leave that decision up to DD, but it is just a thought.

I have been stashing parts in prep for the box (v5) coming to me, so I would be happy to either contribute to the new box, or just add my crap when it gets to me.

The PM's are out, I'm fairly confident we'll have enough crap once everything's in. I'm almost tempted to make another box or two and set them aside incase this happens again, but we'll see.

I've got more crap if needed. I can send something to the box starter or you can just add me to the the list for v6.0 to come around to.

RaleighSport, beware of incoming crap! I sent out a box today via usps ground. Now to scavenge for some more before the box comes my way.

Dropped my box in the mail to RS this morning as well. We should have one or two crapaliscious boxes soon. Dare I suggest we have two boxes floating around simultaneously? Think of the coordination it would require. Like a finely tuned synchronized swimming squad. :-)

I think two circulating around and requiring updates would lead to a brain embolism for yours truly; I vote nay

Thanks for your contribution to the re-boot; I think it's awesome we have so many people here that want to keep the BOC on life-support!

Yo Spiff - you've been added.

gt eunuch: since members that have been involved with the last couple versions of the BOC since the start, I'm going to keep this thread going instead of opening up another one. They've proven we can just pick it up again and keep it moving right along; seems a shame to let this thread die, you know?

Plus, I'd have to type out the rules all over again, and I'm lazy like that
