Well, the BOC has been fired off to the Midwest and should be there tomorrow. I will say that the box is filled to Crapacity (new word invented for the occasion) . There are actually a lot of good parts in the box. Hopefully, what you might need that day is in the box. Funny thing is, the one thing I really figured would be there wasn't. I was hoping to find seat-to-post clamp but to no avail. I was seriously considering the multi-blues Cinelli bar tape for a retro build, but that project won't see daylight for a while so I went for stuff that will get used pretty quickly.

I took the Stan's rim tape and a water bottle cage. The rim tape will go on my Monark project and the cage will be on the Cannondale. Luckily, I didn't really need much. This dd not open up a lot of room, but I was able to jam a set of pedals in there. I got a new box and reinforced it with an extra layer on the bottom and sides. The box now weighs in at a solid 24 pounds or so. Here's what 16Victor will see when he opens the box.

FYI, the stem in the upper left was from the boc passing through my way the first time. The project hasn't materialized so far, so I figured it should look for a more suitable home.

Well, it'll last at least one more...

Can't wait to get it and unload some crap...err...dig into the treasure.

Chicken0207 has been notified that it'll be headed his way after I plunder it.

BOC received in Hamilton (near Cincinnati) Ohio this afternoon...it's as The Pistol photo'd it, therefore no sense in duplicating it.

I removed some Look pedals, brake cables, and an old Bell computer...I did pitch some worthless crap and rebagged some of the stuff that was migrating.

I did add a selection of goodies that I hope the next few recipients find useful!

Currently no decals there was an incident a while back and the box dissapeared within 2 steps of my putting them in. However there is fresh vinyl, a new printer and some old vector art here for the decals, sooner or later I shall print the newest batch (screwed up 4-5 since the first batch now!). And they will be back.

The Pistol, yeah there were decals and a map. Though when the box got lost, there appearently hasn't been either. Looks like eventually there will be decals though.

Thanks for the info Raleigh ^^

Happy Birthday BOC

Well, it's the 31st where I'm at, so I figured to mark the occasion. BTW, in 365 days we were able to get the Box delivered to someone 59 times - better than one delivery per week (even with a few delays and one complete disappearance). So, good job everyone - thanks for keeping it going; what are the chances we can keep this going another 365...or longer?

Refresco: Ann.Occupanther is trying to reach you for your mailing addy - you're the next lucky participant on the list.

We'll give it a couple of days, then - sorry if this seems harsh - we'll offer the Box to the next person on the list and so on until someone answers up with a mailing addy.

For everyone:
check back to this thread from time to time if you've requested to be part of the game. I update Page 1/Post one within a day or so of someone receiving the box/requesting to be added. Keep checking back to ensure you keep your place in line. If not, well, I'm going to do what I have to do to keep this moving

It probably doesn't hurt to contact the next recipient when the person in front of you has received the box. And I definitely agree that people ought to check in from time to time, especially folks who aren't regular posters

also... someone still owes us an embarrassing picture of themselves in a skin suit!
