I've found it much easier and I get better results using Google's site search. You just use Google's regular search box, only type in site:https://bikeforums.net then whatever search term you are looking for. So if you want to search for "long Haul Trucker", You would type in "site:https://bikeforums.net long haul trucker" No quotation marks. You can do this for any site. Try it, I think you will like it.

Something's wrong with it - I tried to link an old thread regarding my Mondia on sale on the FSOT thread and I got an error there, too.

I'm getting the error folliwing error when I click on the link to find all my posts:
Oops! An error occurred: index ThreadPostDelta: failed to open /var/www/html/sphinx/vb4-bikeforums.net/data/ThreadPostDelta.spd: No such file or directory; index ThreadPostMain: failed to open /var/www/html/sphinx/vb4-bikeforums.net/data/ThreadPostMain.spd: No such file or directory
It looks like the database is having an issue or something like that.

Yup, this is a generalized problem. I get the same error when I click to list all of my posts, and the same goes for 'all started threads'.

Same thing yesterday and today.

I haven't used the search function on the forum in years. +1 I use google, in the search box I will type: paramount site:www.bikeforums.net

Or whatever else I am searching.

It's being worked on.

https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...-having-lately

Search went down when he had the server failure day before yesterday. They are working on it now. It's been a long weekend at the server farm, folks, and please be patient. The guys are working on it.

Definitely use Google as described above. The in-house search function has never given me good results.
