This is a lousy picture, of a recent 420, as found. Its in the project queue, but I have close to 50 bikes in line, so I don't know when this one will get its turn. Its my size, but I have far too many my size already.

Pic shows what a lousy saddle, black walls, and splash tape can do to the appearance of a nice bike. Ugh.

Makes a great before pic for Auchen's beauty above.

I am pondering putting barcons on this bike. Not sure whether to go to that expense.

This thread is giving me the munchies.

Are those chromed lugs on your 420 Bill? I have never seen chromed lugs on a 420 before.

No, its a lousy picture. Former owner painted the lugs black. Bike should look like Auchen's (but in before condition of course). The black lugs look pretty decent to me. I might give them a quick nail polish test (see if paint comes off easily). Otherwise, I'll leave them alone.

Typical thrifty bill flip, I'll put too much into this bike, getting it "right".

I can't remember where I put mine, but I'll look for it as soon as I get off the couch.
