FYI paint is obviously not original, it's a bad rattle can application.

I'd guess "custom" due to the solid brake(less) bridge and canti studs...but 110 spacing (weird) and the Campy portacatena DO has the RD hanger removed: some kind of SS CX frame? Maybe just a "custom drewing", and the customizer brazed on his own head badge.
