I was about to make a comment about the short shorts until I noticed the same thing. Zip it!

This is from the early 90's, me on a Panasonic MC-2500, my future wife on a Specialized Crossroads that I bought her to replace the Murry she was riding when we met. We still have the Specialize, thankfully the Panasonic is long gone.

No apology required. Impressive. When you were rolling through the "hood" I'm sure it was good to be well "armed".

Best looking steel Stumpy I've seen in quite a while.

Interesting looking '69 Paramount. The low flange hubs would not be original. Also the "SCHWINN" running vertically on the seat tube. That's an unusual decal I've not seen before.

Yes, my avatar is the one and only Mr. McQueen, the fence jump scene from The Great Escape ...and yes I do ride. I am currently between motorcycles right now though. I'm waiting for a special project to come along...and my kids to grow up.

Nice. That's a clean bike.

The 100% wool britches are up for a casual look. The rest of the riders are not dressed in riding gear. Hense the t-shirt and head band.
Picture taken 1975. Note the shoes. They came in black only and you had to nail the cleats to bottom after riding without for a while to
score the leather and mark from the pedels. Jerseys were also 100% wool. From the sixties. Bike is a modified '69 Paramount. Chrome
and scalloped lugs. The last year the Paramounts were hand stripped in Chicago. Nuevo Record components. Bike donated to Richardson
Bikes, Texas 2005 as trainer for young racers. I still have the LeMond. The Paramount also came with wood core sew-ups, large flange.
Large rivet Brooks saddle and 39cc bars on a 61cc frame c to c. Final comment: The "Gun Show" is by-product of young poiceman in ELA,
California. The young cop is now in his seventies and a member of AARP. "Armed And Really Pissed".
