That was something that occurred to me to investigate based on the "HB" serial number prefix - plus how nicely radiused and balanced those swervy lugs are - much harder to accomplish than appears at a glance. Fastback deal is typically Condor as well.

So what do you think it is? I investigated Hurlow and one article said he sculpted fleur de lys on his lugs and there are a number on mine too

I have a question about painting. I have seen a product called Rust Converter says it turns rust into a paintable primer. Anyone know if this is good to use.

After stripping the frame the s/n came up as V8175 and the fork is also stamped V8175 it is now primed and when I get a chance I will paint it. also it became obvious that the fork and stays were chromed about 1/3 the way from the dropouts.
